This is elsewhere but since it also qualifies as "wind management", it's here as well. Adding this reduced wind buffeting by about half.

In hindsight it makes sense. The air flowing over the top edge of the windscreen generates low pressure, which then sucks in air flowing past the sides of the windscreen. The side flow curves inward, pummels the driver. So, eliminate the flow over the top and it reduces the side buffeting, and it does.
