There is/was a seller on Amazon selling a used black/white copy for $100  For that price you can buy a new all-color copy, but I guess that's capitalism.

More like "I hope they don't find out what the book REALLY costs."

Question: Does the Kimini (and will the Midlana one) book have hows/whys included for design decisions? For example, 'I used this master cylinder bore with that caliper piston area to creat X front/rear brake bias because this altgorithm said so" or, "I chose an instant center at 102" for 75% force generated by the outside wheel because there are 102 oil stains on my floor." ?

Most design decisions aren't black-and-white. You may prefer a softer brake pedal while I like a harder one. The RCs were also subjective. To answer your question, yes, the "why's" are included, but like I said, most of it's personal preference.
